What If I Am A Newly Licensed Wyoming pharmacist?
Pharmacists are exempt from the CPE requirement for their first license renewal period.

These courses will boost your knowledge of controlled substances and also help you meet the 1.5 hours of CE requirement. To meet general requirements, we also offer engaging courses in healthcare like pharmacy law, patient safety, compounding, medication errors, and more.
Is There Reciprocity in Wyoming for Pharmacists?
To obtain a license to practice in Wyoming after holding a license in another state, the following steps are required:
- Pass the Wyoming MPJE.
- Undergo a background check for reciprocity. Applicants should contact the Wyoming Board of Pharmacy at bop@wyo.gov, providing:
- Type of application requested
- Transfer of previous NAPLEX score
- License number from other state(s)
- Current mailing address
Demonstrate good moral character and provide evidence of active practice for at least one year preceding the application for Wyoming licensure, along with proof of at least 400 internship hours
