Nursing home pharmacist consultant permit: 3 additional hours of CE each year that pertain to the specific role
Arkansas Reciprocity: To reciprocate an out-of-state license without any disruption in practice, a pharmacist must have held their original state license for at least six months, have practiced for a minimum of 40 hours within the last two calendar years, or complete a waiver with the Board. The applicant must also pass a criminal background check, and provide proof of continuing education (CE), a current photograph, and a birth certificate to the Board.
