Relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (RRMM) is a type of multiple sclerosis (MS) that is chronic, progressive, and inflammatory. It is a major reason for the increase in the prevalence of MS. Pharmacological treatments attempt to delay the progress of the disease and prevent relapse. Lifestyle modifications may also contribute to symptom management.
